Eligibility Criteria
- Matric with Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects).
- F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with minimum 50% marks from any recognized Board.
- The applying candidate should have an I.D. Card/B.Form.
- The applying candidate should have a domicile in Punjab.
- Hafiz-e-Quran Candidate should have a Certificate from a Registered Institution.
- Medical Fitness Certificate from any Medical Officer.
- The maximum age limit is 35 years which the authorities shall calculate till the last date of application. (No age relaxation the candidates will get beyond the permitted age limit of 35 years in any case under any circumstances).

Criteria for Determining Merit for Govt LHV Course 2025
- Merit will be determined based on marks of FSc(Pre-Medical).
- In case of two or more candidates have equal marks in FSc(Premedial) then the merit will be determined based on obtained marks in Matric with science.
- In case two or more candidates have equal marks in FSc 9Premedical) as well as in Matric science then merit list will be determined based on seniority concerning the upper age of the candidates.
- In case of all marks/parameters given above are equal then the case will be decided by the SHC&ME Department.
